This intensive one day course will show you how to construct vegetarian food and how to flavour dishes to achieve delicious results that not only vegetarians but also your meat reducing customers will also enjoy.
We can also offer ‘tailor made for your business’ vegetarian Inspiration days. With a minimum of four chefs we will run a course to suit your requirements, which will involve creating and understanding vegetarian cuisine.
