One day workshops

Registration is from 9.15am with the workshop starting 9.30am and running to 3.00pm. If you love to learn how to cook by practical methods, then these one day workshops are just for you.

Our team of experienced tutors will demonstrate dishes on a particular theme and then help you recreate a selection which will be enjoyed by everyone as an informal buffet lunch - all washed down with a well earned glass of organic vegetarian wine, of course!
